RE:RE:RE:InterestingRegardless of if it is or not a "good deal", the market seems to like it. That's what's important here.
Potential synergies are clear AMOS support, Business Intelligence, Consulting (Data Migration, Hosting, and specific product (Aircraft Fleet View, AviationDW and ACSIS Predictive maintenance).

Does not take too much effort to see a fit there. :)
