WCP price lag

WCP price lagI have the suspicion that what keeps funds away from WCP is the uncertainty over the allocation of the FCF the company is expected to generate. Where does the money go? This is the question every fund manager asks not only about WCP but almost all oil companies across the board, as it was put by an analyst on BNN today. Small and medium size companies have been waiting to lay their hands on on weaker and smaller companies in order to grow by acquisition rather than organically that  would take a long time. If there is no new acquisition announced on Feb. 23, the SP most likely will shoot up to $10. It remains to be seen what these guys have up their sleeves. GL
