RE:Can Ministers legally announce the decision at AMEBC or not?1) I never phoned 'the office' today as I thought John would be out or busy

2) Of course they would have to advise BKM first (not like those yahoo's from the Liberal party that advised the press first) - that's a big no-no

3) I might expect a government official to advise they are preparing to grant permits but only in a general reference. 

4) The fact that no-one is answering the phone tells me we are so close you can smell it! Our leaders want to ensure that 'absolutely' no miss information is put out there on these chat groups or a slip to the press............pleasant dreams while we wait.
