RE:RE:Mega Deal TBA with Poda (Blackout period at this moment)Thank-you for your nice response, I respect your opinion.
I see the silence of Ryan as positive because he is not the type of person to shy away and hide from bad news. He has also shown some backbone in holding up against big Tobacco that wanted to rush Poda pods into the market too quickly. Any reckless CEO would have rushed the product but Ryan was thinking of the long term. He wants to build a successful company and not a fly by night company.
Hence, his silence can only be attributed to working on something that is big news and, he must be constrained from talking to the market at this period, the blackout period.
There are 1.3 billion smokers each smoking 10 cigarettes per day. Philipp Morris has hardly scratched the surface with 20 million clients. There is room for everyone in the market including PODA.
If I were Philipp Morris, I would certainly do a deal with Poda, it is the smartest thing for them, the fastest, the cheapest and, probably the one with most advantage over competition.
Their own version of the heat and not burn Terra is simply AWFUL. Like I said, it looks like they rushed this thing together as fast as they could, not to be left behind by Poda. Poda has superior product, in design, in performance, in biodegradeable product, in multiple uses, in alternative uses, etc... There is no comparative.
We will know sure enough,
I am speculating and hope that my view is right,
Keep up the positive posts.
My personal opinion,
