RE:55 percent.I'm new here and even I know that Constellation is only allowed to buy a certain amount of shares on the open market. In the initial deal with Canopy, Constellation was not allowed to buy shares on the open market. That was renegotiated and they now can purchase only a limited amount on the open market.

Does anyone do research here?
