Last week was quiet here all around. I think the market generally was just
sitting on their hands and waiting for January to get out of the way and put
this month behind us. We've had a number of other distractions also in the
media of course and have been just watching and waiting:
Russia v the rest of the world, is Omicron really levelling out? is Canada ready
to open up finally for the last time? when are BOC interest rates going up? etc., etc.
And what dominated most of the media last week and still is, is the TruckersConvoy
and all the rubber ducky extras getting involved determined to protest on Parliament Hill.
Then on top of all that there's been the harsh weather-snow-storms, as many of us
have been busy getting involved digging ourselves out and generally freezing
our azz's off.
However, there has been one constant and repetitive bright light in the media though,
that has helped me to keep a nice warm glow on and staying positive.That has been
the continual talk and speculation about an oil bull market going forward. Companies, shareholders and governments are all set to benefit, and price isn't even at US$100
per barrel yet. Lots of the improved cash flows and profits already coming from many
of the of the key oil sands companies, especially the ones that are partnered with Axe.
I know you have been alluding to that also.
I personally feel that it's a really exciting time to be an investor with a company that is
both high-tech, with one-of-a-kind game-changing software and hardware, who's main
market is the oil sands here in Canada or anywhere around the world. Adding to that,
it also has the potential to economically produce zero-GHG heavy oil making RF XL’s environmental impacts transformative. And with expectations of material cost reductions,
quick turnaround and the ability to easily re-deploy capital assets, makes clean powered
RF XL deployments a standout consideration for future reservoir production.
Hopefully, we will get a pilot update soon after we get into the new month of February.
