Weak Namibian dollar may help with RP2 development costs related to expense from Namibia, labour etc...
It will not help with what Namibia does not produce as in materials to construct the plants required and the new large-scale trucks and LHDs are planned to be purchased for the more efficient transportation of material to surface which is expected to reduce costs over the life-of-mine.
We would need a break down between how much of RP2 cost will be Namibian vs USD equipment and material  costs to know how much of an impact a weak Namibian dollar can make.
