RE:RE:The Paradigm Capital calculations do not . . .Hello Lire02
You stated, "All this talk of dilution is a bit misguided. Assuming any issuance of new shares dilutes existing shareholders , the only real concern is that any dilution be accompanied or proceeded by an increase in existing share price."
RESPONSE:
Precisely how would you propose that NanoXplore principals go about ensuring "that any dilution would be acompanied or proceeded by an increase in existing share price" ?
I certainly know how I would ensure what we propose in offsetting any net negative effects of dilutive capital raises; and yes I know about and have spoken to the non-dilutive kinds of aspects to any capital raise that can be undertaken going forward.
Such non-dilutive ways to raise needed capital do provide for a derisking of any forward going investment with NanoXplore; and yet, therein lies the rub, so to speak.
QUESTION: When is a business development initiative which would serve in derisking any additional intended investment with NanoXplore going to be provided for 'the street'?
