Instead, the Fund may purchase a subset of the securities in the Index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the Index. $$ ;One thing I don't understand is if this stock is trading on the London Exchange, why is there know arbitrage in the morning when this opens up for trading . One would think if I3 was trading higher in England why don't we open higher here . I don't get it !!
