RE:RE:I-405 Orange County express lane projectI'm not saying the complainers are being reasonable. They may just be people who object to any roads being toll roads. Or people who think some toll roads are being placed unfairly in that they're in some locations but not others.

I admit that when I put in that comment I was actually thinking of two toll highways that are east of the Toronto area. Take a look at this:
