I remember back in the 1980s piles of Hong Kong money was buying up cheap farmland north of Toronto near major arteries. Then they built highway 407. Guess what happened? When the 407 was finished that land near the 407 became prime industrial land. Shot way up in value.
Mosquito infested land near a major container port facility in the Americas might do the same. Anyway I wish that I could block some people. Get them the h out of my life! Sent a message to SH. No reply yet.
