Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canadian natural resource exploration company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, BC and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. There were no issues when the EAO stated "No Adverse Events" in 2012.

The 2015 letter you refer to, seems to me, simply an attempt by LBN to cast doubt on the project. They suggest insurance, they suggest more research etc.

Several times hey referred to the Mount Polley disaster. This is like comparing apples and oranges. The Mount Polley tailings dam was built on an unstable base that used to be the pathway for glaciers. Everybody knows that glaciers move, albeit slowly, over time. The Morrison tailings dam will be built on solid rock. These foundations are so dramatically different. However by referencing Mount Polley, it creates questions and doubt about the safety.
