I've got 10acres with a large shop on premises, another year or two you could buy.
price of land alone around here has gone completely nuts a small small house on 10 acres up the street from me just sold over a million last year literally 12 months ago bought for 695,000. Prices are crazy.

are you sure with the mobile units they can't be done there? Have you talked to the office?

Yes I wish I could do it for free to all shareholders but this year we are expanding and most of the cashflow is going to buy land and built a high tech big greenhouse. For now I can offer partial reinbursement for the test.

I found it strange that SZLS didn't offer yet to the second biggest Province of Canada with more than 8.6 millions people.
