Dear Cross19, Way above $3Dear Cross19,
It is a cold flat gray winter day here in the pacific NW. Doc has my shoulder taped up and I am in little or no pain. Getting old is not for lightweights. So I will try for a long post.
Okay, lets get down to basics. North American need a REE supply chain to compete in world trade. Otherwise we are held hostage to China's monopoly in REE. The first step in that supply chain is source of REE supply. Okay we got REE mines and mines with REE as a byproduct. Okay got the first step. Next step is separation. Which is where Ucore come it. They bought a company that had taken standard SX and changed the plumbing from tanks to columns, reducing the size of the SX plant to one fifth of what it was, costing less Capx. Which in increased the speed of separation by a factor of ten or ten times faster. Is this true? Other people with deep pockets have asked the same question. So Ucore had someone come in and do a independent audit of RSX to see if it really did what Ucore said it did. Those are the results we are waiting on. Ucore has the report and is stirpping it of the tech data and anybody that they a NDA with. What most people don't get is it does not matter if RSX is ten times faster or just a two or three times faster. It is still separation to the standard of 99.99 pure and that is good enough to get a supply chain up and running. If you watch the interview of Pat by Jack Lifton. Ucore has lined up the next step to sell to the people that use REE to make products or the parts of products.
In a earlier post I said that I thought that Ucore would have three peaks this year. The first is when the results come in. Which could go to three bucks or higher. The second is when those results get Ucore grants and loans to build the SMC in Ketchikan. The third will be if they cut a RSX licensing deal. How high will that push the stock I do not know. But I will like to point out that when MP tried to the same thing the market push there stock to $75 a share and that was on just hype alone. From the looks of it Ucore has something other that just hype. So who knows how high that could push the stock. My advise is to keep a very close eye on your stop losses and don't be to quick to sell to lock in profit.
Now I am getting a cup of Folgers coffee, retiring to my lazyboy and enjoying the fireplace and a good book I found on Amazon. Soon to by joined by the cat who like to get between my leg, the chair arm and snooze.
You all have a great day.
