You did say you were shorting shares. You must be getting nervous. I can tell by the number of posts from you. Don't make a rookie mistake dude

The other way to read is that Cloudmd is rushing through the acqusitions and that Hamza is over his head at times. CFO enjoyed too much freedome, and Cloudmd DD is not good.
It could be good thing for them to slow down with acquisitions and absurd dilution. But if they have to pay those $4mill... or another vendor or party comes up with breach of the contract in more acquisitions..
