if they were goiing to deny i think they had ample time to make that decision of denial....easy to deny more complex to approve,
my Guess is trying figure our way to save face for govt on previous wrong doing, limit damages, appease FN, and use approval of mine for political gain over liberals who corruptly ignored court case, never paid our legal fees and denied us our rightful permit.
wishful thinking ? i dont know but seems plausable . thoughts?
but confusing how govt or bkm has not made any pubic statements of where we are in process....except for govt to answer one persons email ?!?
cautiiously impatienly agravately optimistic of permit soon.
