Not a lot of excitment

There doesn't seem to be a lot of excitment right now around the opperutnity to buy NL shares. How come insiders aren't buying up in a company they believe in at 0.17$ a share?

Amazing to think that less than 2 months ago we were trading at 0.26$/ a share They aren't interested and aren't stepping up to the plate to instill confidence.
Very interesting move that they are absent on the trading platform... Maybe a sign that they are selling us a dream they don't believe in themselves?
