Other packaging and specialty products include the Conformer Products, labels, record sleeves and jackets, polyethylene bags for courier applications, bubble mailers and Enviro-logiX. It operates over ten manufacturing facilities across four provinces in Canada and five manufacturing facilities in three states in the United States.

George Christopoulos is a genius. When I look at his track record as shareholders we are fortunate to have Mr. Christopoulos step in.
He knows value..
In meantime Jerry Zucker fund with 23% of shares for past few years have been totally passive.
Were going to see a bidding war.If Zucker Fund wants this company they will likely have to pay more than expected.
