January trading pattern spilling into February. The volumes have picked up which should help push prices higher as traders take profits and wait for a lower entry point or move on. Traders can sell near the open and pick up cheaper shares later and sell again into the close. Today so far has seen a low of $2.61 and a high of $2.78. We'll probably close near even once again. Of course, traders generally play with smaller volumes.

Some profit taking in metals today hasn't hampered GGD. Oil is up but O&G are generally down. The Dow and TSX are down,
