RE:RE:RE:Wonder if there is some type of poison pill? Twig....unless the non-convertible debenture paid 10% or more there is no way investors would invest in them...they would have to be convertible denetures which can add as much dilution as a share offering...the positive about the convertible debenture would be the conversion price would be at a premium to the market, certainly above what the straight equity financing would be so a bit lesser effect on dilution...the negative is of course the interest on the debenture having to be paid which I would guess would have to be 5% or higher.....seems to be a wall of stock being offered at the 32c level...probably for the pricing of the upcoming financing
