RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Next stepsAlso worth mentioning that SPX is trading below book, and as of Q3'21, PP&E at all it's NA manufacturing faciilities combined was carried on bs at only $36mm.
If I were a new 10% shareholder, I'd also have an issue with executive compensation. 
Am I missing something, or did Emerson just about DOUBLE his entire package to $1mm last year  - in the same year the company cut dividends to zero supposedly due to covid.
