but TD is definitely being extra cautious. The truth we don't even know what are the moves they made for their clients. Easy to publish extraordinary targets when the industry is in a bubble. Probably made money for his clients who pays for his services while screwing people like me and you who have access to those reports. This guy lost a lot of popularity. If he was right he could have gotten new clients. But he preferred to go the other way. Now he's trying to gain back trust from the public or the mass. He's being extraordinarily cautious. Speculative buy is like saying I think it's going up to 3 but I'm not sure, it's a gamble so it's at your risk. The thing is he's probably right but he want to rebuild his popularity with the next rally.
