Thats great work detective. You just suddenly had an urge to go check the board of directors on the website? Interesting...

What do you think it means? Nick leaving and buying shares at 18cents on the way out the door? What could that possibly imply?

Your little theory in November about them getting grant of right shares and selling at 28 to buy at 18 would have to be reflected in SEDI as well... So take one more step in your DD and let us know who sold those grant of right shares.

Get back to us once you have a somewhat plausible theory that isnt riddled with holes.

It now begs a few questions....Why would Nick buy shares and then leave the company? Why did they all buy those shares that same day and at the same time? Was it a last ditch pump and dump effort to try and get some retail investors reeled in? Something was in the works in Novemeber and we are seeing part of it now and will see the final results very soon. I can only imagine what it can be and at this point and it does not look too good. Also, why was there no mention of these Board / exectutive team changes changes? What are they trying to hide?

Anyone have any guess? and yes...the other missing board / directors..Can you name a few more that are not there anymore?
