is the absolute norm for investments, products, housing e.t.c. So when you look at the trading ratios of TUD vs other stocks it is absolutely amazing that the price continues to fall on much higher demand ratios of total bid size : total ask size.

Today just before closing these were the ratios of my Level II dashboard of a few stocks that I track.

TOTAL BIDS : TOTAL ASKS
TUD        4.7 : 1
TUO        1.7 : 1
AMK           1 : 1.7
SEA       1.36 : 1
K           1.86 : 1
KL              1 : 1.04
NGT           2 : 1
ABX      1.24 : 1

That being said this has been the case for quite a few weeks. So what's the issue with TUD price continually dropping? Pretty obvious that it makes absolutely no sense. Well heres my guess, some big fish is setting a net for all those "weak hands" while at the same time taking a small loss to inch the price downwards.

But that's ok because I'm filling up every .10 cent drop with a nice little chunk of shares and awaiting the spinoff.

As Zorg has said (and I absolutely agree) the spin off is the correct play because it separates our main shorter term gem "Goldstorm" on TC and moves our other slightly more long term propereties in a separate container for future development. We also get free shares in a new company with some excellent prospect generators.

I am also hopeful that the same will occur with our various deposits on TC.
Why bundle CBS+PS+Eureka+Copper Bell together with Goldstorm which is still open in every direction?  Shareholders will not get maximum value because the other deposits require many drills and many years to prove their worth, but we all know all have lots of gold.

IMHO the next spinoff should be the non explored discoveries into another newco, and only Goldstorm should be the only deposit included in the present TUD stock  as is it is absolutely undervalued.

Think about it GS alone = 19.4 Moz @ .74 g/t Gold EQ plus 7.9 Moz @ .79 g/t Gold (inferred). And this does not include our 2021 drilling results that are excellent.

We closed at $1.88 today.....give me a break already-:)

Know the facts:

What is a spin-Off?
GLTA longs.....and please DYODD before giving away your shares!

Patience...patience...patience!!!

I think if spin off serves some rebranding purposes, it is a worthy action to allow more focused investors to select the type of investment they wanted to get involved, because TUD itself is too huge.
