So this confirms the following.

1. Apple did infringe - check
2. Chipsets with Intel will now be included as infringing units

I think the Wilan business will be sold before this case gets back to re-trial on DAMAGES only.

Apple win was never factored into the projections of QTRH.

Conclusion: HOLD or Add on this drop.
