Atleast with day to day movements small purchases I havent seen it shift more than 2% at a time. I have seen a 100 unit sell drop SP by almost $1. From reading the prospectus the purpose was to get money to expand regions and to increase portfolio size.

From management notes is that new loans have a higher default rate that improves over time. PRL portfolio has expanded significantly YoY and results havent utilized the IPO proceeds yet.
