The next dividend has already been declared and will be 4.5 cents per share paid on 1 April. Unless we have a surprise move such as a special div or a massive share buyback the stock will not move significantly higher from here. Low valuation is just enough to move the stock. The history of management taking of itself before the shareholders is well known by the market. The fact the CEO received 226,000 "free" shares recently does help changing that perception.
