RE:RE:RE:Drills Single Longest Continuous Clay Intercept EverIggy,
I have no problem with "step out" drilling, just with the scale of their stepout and the lack of transparency of the locations (ie 3700 feet from closest drill hole `! ? !)
If spmt uses holes #4,11,12 as their previous outlier holes, then the only spot on the map that meets the 3700 distance from all these holes, places the new hole literally near the south west corner of the claim boundary.
This is not "resource" expansion as recommended by the Ni43101 rpt...this smacks of hail mary type drilling hoping to get a decent promotable intercept. This approach may work with gold (valued in $'000 per ounce) not LiCarb (valued in $'000 per ton) Here, with the limited funds available, we need sustainable resource growth. Based on the lag distance from the kriging variogram these new holes will at best add "inferred" resources (useless) ...at ths point we need some movement from indicated to measured and a sizable increase in indicated...otherwise it's just another pie in the sky gamble
