RE:Insider buying We won't see more insider buying, if you've picked up on a pattern: WRN announces a new board member, said board member buys XX,XXX shares. Consider:
1. Williamson, announced board member 2020, makes a token market purchase a few weeks later. Is announced interim Chair 2021, same pattern follows for a total of 59k market purchases. No buys otherwise.
2. Tara, announced board member 2019, buys 27k shares shortly after. No buys since.
3. Klaus, has never bought at market.
4. Ditto Vitton.
5. Paul hasn't bought in years.
6. Now Ken. Buys 20k open market as (if you believe the pattern) a token gesture.
Well meaning, yes, but we won't see more of it. Don't overthink it regarding newsflow. Simply not how Western operates.
