and has previously blamed a collapse in oil prices for his multi-billion dollar deals for NOT proceeding. As long-standing shareholders well know-there have been too many to mention derelict projects over the years. Yet here we are-at the threshold of another surge in energy prices the likes of 2008 when the highest recorded price per barrel was $147.02 in July of that year.
