It's in its final death throes with more delays on 4050 aka "penicillin" that has all of a sudden gone terribly wrong and seems to be worthless. How convenient would that be for Thomson to take private owning the IP.

Luckily, Boehringher didn't buy 4050 indication for a $B in 2018.
