RE:Adam Arviv Helped Broker Redecan Deal

RE:Adam Arviv Helped Broker Redecan Deal1. You are correct that it is wrong for him to call the deal unfair. Sophisticated individuals have to rely on their legal protections, rather than any representations made during a transaction that were not included as representations and warranties within the transaction documentation. Such representations are irrelevant in a transaction between sophisticated parties.
2. Adam's conduct is not criminal, and so I appreciate that you stated your opinion is humble, but it is simply erroneous. I would chalk this up to hyperbole, but you are recommending people complain to the OSC and SEC. That is ridiculous. I recommend you reconsider your "humble" opinion on this item, actually show some humiilty, and acknowledge that there is no evidence of any criminal activity. It is one thing to question someone's ethics or motivation, but entirely another one to accuse them of criminal behaviour. You completely discredit yourself in every possible way through such a libellous accusation.

Disclaimer: I have never met Adam Arviv. I do not know Adam Arviv directly. I have no perspective on his ethics or business acumen, aside from a limited one developed through examining his public statements. I am not trying to defend his conduct. I just think that accusing people of criminal behaviour without evidence, without any explanation, and without any understanding of the law is fundamentally wrong and disgusting.
