So you're voting NO to Wyloo's offer of $1.10. Odd that this is not being discussed as much as it should be. If more than half of the minority shareholders vote No, then the deal is vetoed. Who in their right mind would want be a minority shareholder in a privately held company is beyond me. I would imagine all those ROF believers who wished to participate in NOT2.0 couldn't believe their eye when the deal was restructured to strip them of their dreams should the retention be less than 20%.
