I know ,i was stuned to fined out that TVC is pretty much 100%  copper, and the cathodes they produce are top of the line copper that they get a premium for on the market.. they  are  99.99999%  copper,   YES  TVC has a huge land package,they are drilling to,  and open pit mining,will be underground mining in a bit it is all ready buy this last bit of money just so the model works for the PRODUCTION scale.  there is also small local miners that bring them orr   to  ,there mill is only at 1/3 capasity so why not.  this new tax will not afect them  it is aimed at the real big mines with 10 times the size production that are on ON BOTH SIDES OF THEM.   this is made in the shade man.    PS, chile  is 1/3  of the COPPER PRODUCTION of the world,   let that sink in.
