RE:RE:RE:Fair value of DSV is CAD 28.74 as per SimplyWallStWelcome to the discussion here MK. Getting bored with you CUU lately?LOL. Good question you asked. How do we get to a 4B market cap with DSV you ask? Well if you look at First Majestic Silver ( FR ) they are a producing silver mine with a market cap of 3.2B as of right now. They are producing over 25M oz of silver right now and they are within the top lower costs mines for silver production.
DSV's latest PEA showed that they will be amoung the highest Ag produces and also amoung the lowest costs produces at current Ag prices. However as mentioned by Taj they will even eclipse FR to produce an average of 26M - 30M oz/year amoung one of the lowest cost Ag producers in the world. This alone would justify a market cap of over 3B for what they have right now without any expansion of their resources ( which they are sure to do with further drilling ).
Furthermore, I suggest you listen to DSVs latest investor presentation with Taj and Forbes. Pay particular attention to how they explain the upside potential and NAV if Ag prices go to just $30/oz. Also note what Taj saids about how developing Ag companies ave valued to their NPV at aroung the 20min mark of the video. High margin developers in good jurisdictions are typically valued at over 1-1.5 X NPV while good producers are trading at over 2X NPV. Add all this in with further upside in silver prices and further potential discoveries on the Cordero property and you have a good possibility of Major upside for DSV.
Sure this will take time and further upside prices for Ag but the possibility for a 4B market cap for DSV is very much a realistic upside potential. Here's the video presentation for you in case you haven't seen it yet:
