Do you guess and think Haile news will be good by midyear. (buy)
If you do, and if it is, you will be well rewarded.

Do you wait on the news, then it will be too late to make much money.(quickly)

It will save you from losing much money if news is poor ( waiting) 

I would think that investor relations is a key job in all organizations, but less in a company throwing off free cash flow then one that is not.
