Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

You obviously didn't go to finance school. That's ok.

EPS multiplier of 10.8x to 17x (for emerging biotech) = $1.51 to $2.38

Valuation multiples are widely known to be higher if the broader science platform is demonstrated to have further reaching implications.
