RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:854,000I did check and found zip, so I asked it in question form and it also happens to be the "point" Ed... Clearly the average retail Joe has bought and accordingly Glen has said in past (at 15 cents or so) we would do very well with the stock. If that is the case I'm sure poor ol Glen and others on the Board wouldn't have to spend 'milk money' at 5 cents. 100,000 shares at 5 cents equates to $5 K hardly a fortune or a requirement to be in the league of millionaires. 4 Members of the Board and one CFO buying would give a strong signal that the stock is undervalued as you continue to point out, for some time now. So if we agree that the stock in undervalued then it remains a legitimate question - why are they not buying at current levels??
The other "point" I have is why don't they say sales to Japan of $100,000 or $200,000 and skip the obscure thousands of 3 stick Tabletz in the three colours? How much is that anyway - is that 2 thousand or 10 thousand sticks of each??? How about providing the clarity as to what the market wants such as a clear dollar value without having to say how many sticks are sold...

Once it's been determined if they have or haven't there could be any number of reasons having nothing to with blackouts etc. For starters I'm unaware of anyone working at NU being a millionaire (maybe Durno is?). Glen makes a very reasonable salary and maybe hasn't had the extra cash lying around to buy more ? At this moment? They all have a decent amount of shares and I'm pretty sure a healthy amount of options they can exercise (at higher price than market now. It's also much harder for insiders to sell shares meaning any purchases are long term holdings by default (I think it's max 5% of holdings per Q). Any number of reasons. If you're rethinking your investment and/or recent purchases here then that's for you to figure out and has nothing to do with insiders buying or not? Who knows ? Anyways. Back to work
