RE:RE:HBOR: Up 53% In The Past 6 Business DaysBy the way,  Currently half the outstanding shares are owned by insiders.  Once the merger goes through over 65 to 70% will be owned by insiders as new shares being issues will be going to the heads of the 3 companies joining Harborside under the new name StateHouse.

The biggest share holder alone at this moment owns 16 million shares (Matt Hawkins - current CEO) and his partner 12 million shares.
