It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

Overhead cost on the licencing deal is approx $2.5M, which is essentially the current/ongoing corporate overhead.

These types of licencing revenues have very little future variable costs associated with it. The typical licensing scenario is different from the R&F agreement where the ingredients raw are supplied.

Near pure profit scenario.
