the stock isn't US listed and therefore not subject to 13F listings which are required by the SEC. 13F is a report that shows all stocks that funds own. I don't think the OSC has a Canadian equivalent, so you're not going to get an accurate report of institutional ownership here.
there is not a chance in hell that only 367K shares out of over 200MM outstanding are the only shares held by funds. for example, here's a fund that says they were an early stage investor in WELL. I would venture to guess that they own a hell of a lot more than 367K shares.

moreover, Li Ka Shing participated in a few financing rounds and if you tally that up I believe his fund/company owns something like 10MM shares.
management said in November that Li Ka Shing + insiders own 27% of the company. that is meaningful.
