Funny that you should ask such stringent orders of Bernard.
He does not control the timelines himself. Peter Pascali or his team does if any control is possible.
When you ask for a timeline the answer is «IMMINENT»
What that means is quite elastic.and from experience it goes from 3 to 6 months.
Reality might bring you some other goofy time lines. If you need a definite ROI with a date, bonds would be a better option.
