If by "remaining", you mean suspended due to noncompliance review, under complete Cease Trade for numerous failures to file their financials on a timely basis, fined by IIROC and effectively out of cash...

Then yes, they "remain" on the Exchange.

Will RLV file audited financials before lapping their last fins from March 2021? What must they be unable to get auditors and regulators to sign off on?
