Surge Energy Inc (Alberta) T.SGY

Alternate Symbol(s):  ZPTAF | T.SGY.DB.B

Surge Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil focused exploration and production (E&P) company. The Company's business consists of the exploration, development and production of oil and gas from properties in Western Canada. It holds focused and operated light and medium gravity crude oil properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, characterized by large oil in place crude oil reservoirs with low recovery factors. It offers exposure to two of the five conventional oil growth plays in Canada: the Sparky and SE Saskatchewan. It holds a dominant land position and is drilling a mix of horizontal multi-frac and horizontal multi-lateral wells in the Sparky area. Sparky is a large, well established oil producing fairway in Western Canada. SE Saskatchewan is a focused operated asset base with light oil operating netbacks. SE Saskatchewan operates low-cost wells with short payouts and offers potential for continued area consolidation.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Heyy guys

Your right it does matter what we do , but If someone buys a 9 percent stake , just prior to a run up in the stock price , and then unloads 25 percent of that stake when there is heavier interest in the buy side ,  keeping mine and everyone else's shares surpressed in a bull run, it mattered ?

If you owned shares in a company , wouldn't you want to know who your partners were ?    There would only
be 11 partners if there were 9 percent owned amongst each 11.    Of one of those partners decided to dump some of his or her shares ?  I know I would want to why after I knew who ?

Just a opinion.  Your right though ....it matters what we do or don't do.  Can't argue that.  Stock trades at less than 77 cents pre consolidation.   Oil is above 65 dollars.

What I am doing is holding and adding.

good luck all.
