Loosing Patience? Where is the news?

I am confused. There seems to be something that does not add up. Management needs to address their shareholders NOW. Even if they are restricted by an NDA. That is news. Letting this stock bleed the way it has been going is disappointing. Some further assurance from Management would be most appreciated. Thank you.
