There are lots of companies using silicon for developing batteries, but want to source the cheapest, high quality material they can once they go into mass production. No one is at the point of mass production yet but when they are they need to have a supplier of reliable product. Sitting on the sidelines you just have a seat to watch, signing contracts ahead of time gets you a spot at the front of the line for when product is available when needed.
Completely agree ! Now 2 pre production NDA's With all the info regarding silicon and the opportunities available for HPQ IMHO accumulating shares at this point in development is the smart play. Once samples begin shipping the sp will not doubt be much higher. Will the professor be examining the output when started ?
