Many analysts and brockerages love this REIT and I do too, but the fact is that it's one of the few that I follow/own that has not yet breached its pre-pandemic high. And that's really peculiar, because its target market is upscale and that's a segment of the population that has been least effected by covid. Thoughts, anyone?
