In any case, the real takeaway here is that XBC is about to unfurl its wings. Managment doesnt make this kind of announcement without clear visibility into the next 2Q's. They will want to setup Jim and Mike for success.

Jim has an extensive network with contacts across many global players. Although I am sad to see Kurt step back, it is the sign of a true leader to know when it is time to hand over the reigns. And to act in the best interest of shareholders and stakeholders. He deserves a tonne of credit and even more respect from where he has taken XBC to the reach of the business today.

Looking forward to the future and the new leadership.
