It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Targets are very fluid, everyone has an opinion. For what it's worth, SBB was trading at $2.80 USD last year, so a $2 target moving into the future effectively is a vote that gold will drop below $1,500 an ounce.

I believe that is an extremely unlikely outcome, but let's see what happens.....
