If anything is probable from this news, it is Kurt´s confidence in the near future and that he has set the company on the right path and that it is now ready for the next chapter in its growth.

I agree with this assessment 100%.


The board must be pleased with the progress Jim and Mike have made to date to promote them. And yes they hired Mike at the same time as Jim in order to succeed Jim at the time he took over - so this has been in the works for a long time.
The company has a good board - and they know Kurt has lost credibility and that you cant put new faces in that have been here a year if they havent got the ship pointing in the right direction. These are operation guys in a company that has lacked operational execution. Im betting on Q4 hitting targets. And Kurt can bow out gracefully.

There will be lots of views but I think this is the start of rebuilding investor confidence in the company.
